Fish is very beneficial to children, but they usually do not like it, and parents have to come up with attractive recipes for children, such as these Smoked Salmon and Cheese Rolls, a healthy and tasty starter.
With salmon we are giving our children a lot of vitamins (especially D and B3) in addition to sodium. Another great advantage is its low fat content, making it a highly recommended diet recipe to control childhood obesity.
- 350 gr. smoked salmon
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr. Of flour
- 400 gr. cheese spread
1. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, add the flour and a pinch of salt, and mix. Add water until a liquid mass remains.
2. Heat a pan greased with butter or margarine (or with a drizzle of oil). Add a scoop of dough, until it covers the bottom of the pan evenly. Let it set and turn, brown on both sides and remove it. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
3. Beat the spread cheese by hand and add herbs to taste (parsley, oregano, dill etc.). Spread the cheese on the crepes.
4. Put strips of salmon on top of the cheese. Roll up the crepes and cut rolls of the desired size.
